How you will contribute Our HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients, with a focus on HR Sales Consulting. This role involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections, and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business. - Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities. - Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers. - Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator. - Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. - Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities. Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required. - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment. - Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Proven relationship building and client service skills. - Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Home Energy Consultants (HECs) to achieve sales targets and conversion rates. - Monitor individual and team performance metrics, including sales quotas, appointment conversion rates, and revenue targets. - Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to provide guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. - Ensure team members are executing GM Energy’s sales methodologies and utilizing the sales playbook effectively. - Oversee the adoption of sales tools and CRM systems to maintain accurate tracking of customer interactions, appointments, and sales data. Sales Process & Strategy Execution - Maintain and refine the GM Energy sales playbooks, ensuring best practices, objection handling strategies, and sales scripts are consistently applied. - Conduct call monitoring and sales recording reviews, providing actionable feedback to improve customer interactions and close rates. - Collaborate with the Group Manager and Sales Enablement team to optimize lead distribution and territory planning. - Work with sales operations to improve data-driven decision-making through regular performance analysis. - Address customer complaints or escalations, working with internal stakeholders to resolve issues effectively. Operational Management & Administration - Ensure accurate tracking of team tasks, appointments, and follow-ups within the CRM and sales enablement platforms. - Manage team scheduling, including vacation days, time-off requests, and shift planning, ensuring appropriate coverage for lead handling. - Assist in onboarding and training new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) - 1+ years of experience in sales leadership or team lead roles, preferably in direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales. - Proven track record in managing and coaching sales teams, with a focus on B2C energy, home services, or EV-related products.
