Main Responsibilities: - Drive new item distribution, merchandising, promotions, and brand equity growth to achieve assigned sales quotas and volume objectives. - Build and maintain strong customer partnerships, supporting joint planning and long‑term growth. - Provide analytical support using account‑level, national, panel, and consumer data to support planning, promotion evaluation, business reviews, and decision‑making. - Manage sales forecasting accuracy and communicate demand internally to support production and supply planning. - Own customer‑level P&L, including special events budgets, spending accuracy, redemptions, and monthly evaluations in accordance with company policy. - Execute merchandising objectives through effective planogram placement while monitoring competitive activity and merchandising practices. - Prepare and manage reports, deductions, returns, damages, and administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely communication to management.
