As a National Account Manager for Target, you’ll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human. Main Responsibilities: - Drive new item distribution, merchandising, promotions, and brand equity growth to achieve assigned sales quotas and volume objectives. - Build and maintain strong customer partnerships, supporting joint planning and long‑term growth. - Provide analytical support using account‑level, national, panel, and consumer data to support planning, promotion evaluation, business reviews, and decision‑making. - Manage sales forecasting accuracy and communicate demand internally to support production and supply planning. - Own customer‑level P&L, including special events budgets, spending accuracy, redemptions, and monthly evaluations in accordance with company policy. - Execute merchandising objectives through effective planogram placement while monitoring competitive activity and merchandising practices. - Prepare and manage reports, deductions, returns, damages, and administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely communication to management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required with a focus in business preferred. - 3+ years’ proven sales experience in a related position with direct account responsibility. National Account Experience is required/Target experience is preferred. - 3+ years’ experience utilizing Nielsen or IRI syndicated data; excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to analyze and evaluate several sources of data to develop actionable insights. - Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft business software to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. - This position requires the ability to travel and have overnight stays occasionally. Benefits - The salary range for this position is: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00. - All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. - Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share for vitamin products within these retailers • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities • Establish sales objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales forecasts in alignment with goals • Foster and maintain strong relationships with buying teams, including regular communication, negotiation, and collaboration to ensure product availability and optimize shelf space • Conduct business reviews with buyers, analyzing sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and competitive positioning to drive continuous improvement • Monitor inventory levels, sales data, and market trends to proactively identify and address any potential issues or opportunities • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional plans, pricing strategies, and merchandising initiatives to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities, including displays and in-store marketing materials • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and merchandising efforts, making recommendations for adjustments as needed • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies and objectives • Provide insights and market feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and resolving any supply chain issues that may arise
• Travel arrangements – coordinate domestic and international travel needs to ensure smooth and efficient itineraries and schedules. • Calendar management – proactively manage Outlook calendars, resolving schedule conflicts, and prioritizing meetings. • Expense reports – process expenses accurately and in a timely manner • Event management for internal and external • Track invoices and purchase orders for manager-initiated needs • Presentation creation and editing • Documentation and record keeping • Daily/weekly reporting from a variety of systems • Foster collaborative relationships with other Executive Assistants and Coordinators, work together efficiently, facilitating mutual alignment and sharing best practices. • Provide support for ad hoc requests related to budget, people processes, contracts and meeting management.
• Source and evaluate HCP influencers including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, registered dietitians, and other licensed professionals active on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Develop campaign briefs and scientific messaging guides tailored for HCP audiences and communication standards • Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer engagement: outreach, vetting, contracting, onboarding, and campaign management • Ensure all influencer content adheres to industry regulations including FDA/FTC guidance, HIPAA, and brand-specific MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) protocols • Provide influencers with education and tools needed to accurately and responsibly represent product claims, usage instructions, and health data • Partner with legal and medical affairs to review influencer content and streamline the approval process • Collaborate with HCP influencers to co-develop trustworthy, patient-friendly health education and product awareness content • Align HCP influencer campaigns with brand strategy, disease awareness moments, and public health initiatives • Liaise with internal creative teams to coordinate multimedia deliverables (videos, reels, infographics, etc.) • Track influencer campaign performance in collaboration with the Data Analytics Manager using KPIs such as reach, engagement, professional credibility metrics, and audience sentiment • Foster long-term relationships with HCP partners, offering them value-added engagement and opportunities for thought leadership • Manage documentation, reporting, and insights to inform future HCP engagement strategies
• Define, track, and report KPI’s across influencer campaigns including: Reach & impressions, Engagement rates, Conversion metrics (clicks, signups, purchases), Sentiment analysis, Earned media value (EMV), Cost per action (CPA) • Create dashboards and performance scorecards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI • Develop standardized methodologies for measuring influencer impact across consumer and HCP segments • Collaborate with digital and brand analytics teams to align influencer measurement with broader marketing attribution models • Integrate influencer performance data with other digital touchpoints (e.g., email, paid media, landing pages) for a holistic view of consumer engagement • Conduct trend analysis and audience profiling to guide influencer selection and content planning • Perform A/B testing and post-campaign analysis to identify content formats, channels, and messaging that perform best • Partner with the Director and influencer managers to turn insights into actionable strategy enhancements • Ensure accurate tracking of performance metrics in line with privacy standards and platform policies • Maintain a clean, auditable database of influencer content and outcomes • Work with consumer and HCP influencer managers to create custom briefs that include success benchmarks and analytics requirements • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders across marketing, legal, and executive teams • Contribute to budget planning and forecasting based on past campaign outcomes and predictive modeling

This includes but is not limited to; planning, promotional evaluation, business reviews • Building brand equity and increasing the sales volume of brands assigned • Building strong customer relationships and driving partnership • Achieve assigned sales quotas • Manage sales forecast and responsible for accuracy and communicating internally for production planning • Manage and communicating the customer level P&L • Manage Opella’s merchandising objectives through proper planogram placement • Manage and invest the assigned special events budget in accordance with company policy • Maintain accuracy and checks on special event spending, redemptions, and evaluating spending, changes needed on a monthly basis • Create, manage and update custom reports as needed • Authorize and manage damages, return goods and assist in deduction management in accordance with company policy • To comply with all company policies, instructions, and directions for the fulfillment of company objectives and to maximize profits from sales • To be alert to competitive products and merchandising practices; keeping management informed concerning them • To prepare bi-monthly sales reports and expense reports as required • To prepare and submit any special reports, acceptance of products, or competitive conditions, as may be requested by management • Provide administrative support as directed
