Customer Development & Sales Leadership • Lead customer development strategy in collaboration with the Key Industry Sales Manager, including account segmentation, target setting, and multi-site growth planning. • Own and support sales forecasting and pipeline accuracy by partnering with local sales teams and actively managing opportunities in Salesforce. • Proactively identify, qualify, and advance up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across complex, multi-location customer organizations using data-driven account insights. • Prospect and introduce new products and solutions • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, and solution positioning; develop and execute competitive response strategies.
