We're looking for experienced Account Executive who has - to join our newest build-out here in NYC supporting our monday Service product! About The RoleThis is the start of something BIG! As an Account Executive for our monday Service product (our newest fast-growing product line) you will be responsible for scaling our ESM sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers - focusing on the value our monday Service product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform. Come join our team so, together, we can impact how teams work across the globe! - The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our monday Service product. - Work directly with monday.com’s Account Managers to identify ESM opportunities within the existing book of business and co-sell the solution to these customers. - Lead discovery and ESM-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices - Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI - Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 ESM product in the market - Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale Requirements - 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience - 2+ years of experience selling a dedicated ITSM/ESM solution - Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus! - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute. Responsibilities Ready to Drive Revenue Growth Through Strategic TPA Client Partnerships? Why This Role Matters Revenue growth in TPA account management isn't about pushing products—it's about building trusted partnerships where clients see expansion as strategic opportunity, not sales pitch. As our Strategic Account Executive, you'll own reliable revenue and expansion targets through complex renewals and strategic sales efforts with existing Third Party Administration clients. You'll establish executive-level credibility, identify client objectives proactively, and develop actionable plans that translate relationship depth into material ARR growth across additional populations, lines of business, and services. Your consultative approach and TPA domain expertise directly determine whether clients renew as satisfied customers or loyal partners who expand their investment year after year. What You'll Actually Do Drive revenue growth: Own reliable revenue and expansion targets, supporting all aspects of complex renewals and expansion sales efforts including Salesforce pipeline management, RFP proposals, negotiations, and contract oversight. Build executive relationships: Establish rapport and credibility with account stakeholders at all organizational levels through consistent executive presence, depth of domain knowledge, and diligent preparation. Provide strategic consultation: Proactively identify and understand client objectives, challenges, and leadership priorities while uncovering barriers and developing actionable, client-specific strategic plans. Deliver thought leadership: Develop and deliver presentations including business reviews, executive reporting, strategic planning, product capability overviews, and research presentations that derive insights from data.
