IMMIGRANT INVEST
• Partner Development: Support senior team members in collaborating with existing partners to improve the volume and quality of leads directed to the firm. • Strategic Engagement: Assist in organizing and coordinating webinars, online sessions, and offline meetings to educate and re-engage our partner network. • Performance Monitoring: Help track partner activity and performance using CRM data, assisting with reports and insights to identify improvement areas. • Network Expansion: Research potential international partners and actively support outreach and onboarding under supervision. • Operational Excellence: Maintain and update CRM records and assist with pipeline tracking using CRM and project management tools. • Brand Support: Support senior representatives in partner communications, meetings, and event preparation.
Job Requirements
- Industry Interest (Beneficial): Interest in Migration Services, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Luxury Real Estate is an advantage.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and digital tools; willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication: Professional working proficiency in English (B2+/C1). Knowledge of Turkish would be necessary.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable reaching out to new contacts under guidance.
- Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of KPIs and interest in performance-based outcomes.
- Education / Early Experience: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing is a plus.

As a National Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining solid, long-term business relationships with customers and reaching sales and gross margin goals while developing a sustainable sales/profit volume. This includes prospecting and soliciting orders, identifying customer needs, and proposing solutions and appropriate products and services to meet those needs. Location: This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in one of the states in which we are currently authorized to operate. Primary Duties: - Grow sales and profitability for assigned National accounts and achieve budgeted sales and margin objectives. - Generate new leads by proactively pursuing new accounts and following up on branch and other inquiries. - Drive growth with new customers via new business development efforts and multi-measure proposals.
