• Own end-to-end omnichannel creative strategy across assigned brands, from strategic planning and briefing through execution, testing, and performance analysis. • Define evergreen creative systems and testing frameworks that drive sustained performance, not one-off wins. • Translate complex performance data into clear, executive-ready narratives that articulate creative impact, learnings, and forward-looking recommendations. • Act as the senior creative authority on assigned accounts, guiding strategy decisions and influencing client direction with confidence and clarity. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Strategists, providing strategic direction, performance feedback, and career development coaching. • Set and uphold quality standards for creative strategy, testing rigor, and analytical depth across the team. • Review and elevate team outputs to ensure strategic alignment, consistency, and excellence across all accounts. • Architect and oversee creative testing roadmaps aligned to client goals, funnel stages, and media investment levels. • Lead deep-dive creative performance analysis using Motion and platform-level data to identify winning themes, hooks, formats, and messaging patterns. • Partner closely with Media, Creative Production, Growth, and Account teams to ensure creative strategy is fully integrated across omni-channel programs.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading digital creative strategy within performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid social.
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing team members in a creative or strategic function.
- Strong background in Direct Response marketing and/or copywriting, with a clear understanding of performance drivers.
- Demonstrated experience working across CPG and eCommerce brands.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, confident recommendations.
- Hands-on experience using Motion for creative analysis and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; prior media buying experience is a plus.
- Experience collaborating closely with media buyers, video editors, designers, and developers.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence presenting to senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to give direct, constructive feedback and elevate the quality of work across a team.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, solving complex problems, and driving initiatives independently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-impact workstreams.
