• Review 835 files to validate quality and appropriate outcomes of EDI transmission • Convey updates to management and business stakeholders on issues and project status • Maintain payer and vendor confidence in Labcorp and staff • Identify problems within established timeframes to determine and communicate impact • Determine and communicate solutions to roadblocks • Interact and collaborate with team members at all levels, including senior management • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Will work independently, as well as in a team environment • Build and cultivate strong working relationships over the phone and through email • Support internal department projects and functional areas • Maintain accurate and up to date documents such as logs, reports, spreadsheets • Develop process/documentation material that is easily understood by end users (SOPs) • Participate in projects, meetings, and training activities • Proactive research, troubleshoot, and follow up to ensure inquiries and problems are resolved in a timely manner • Proactively find roadblocks and propose solutions • Initiates contact with and pursues resolution from internal and external resources • Provide customer service and follow-up for both internal and external stakeholders • Extract and validate information from multiple system sources and tools

Role Description Responsible for assisting the Division Director and Program Managers with the performance of activities that drive efficient planning and execution of financial and budgetary objectives across various contracts within the Information Systems Solutions Division.
