• Implementation of collaboration and conferencing solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Mural, and Zoom Video Conferencing. • Engineer, configure, and optimize Microsoft Teams services, policies, and collaboration capabilities. • Participate and assist with the integration of VDI systems for collaboration and conferencing solutions. • Develop and automate administrative and operational workflows using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell. • Build integrations between Teams and SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and approved third party applications. • Leverage Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 to improve productivity, documentation, and technical workflows. • Participate in engineering rollout of new Teams and Mural features, ensuring readiness, compatibility, and governance. • Analyze service telemetry and health using Microsoft 365 admin tools and propose engineering improvements for reliability and performance. • Support Teams devices such as meeting room systems, Intune registered devices and certified peripherals. • Document engineering standards, deployment patterns, and operational processes. • Partner with Security, Identity, and Collaboration Engineering teams to ensure Teams configurations meet organizational guidelines.
Job Requirements
- 3 years or more of experience engineering or configuring Microsoft Teams in a cloud environment.
- Experience with the Teams Admin Center and Teams configuration patterns.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API for automation, reporting, or integration engineering.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and its use in administrative workflows.
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell skills for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-102, SC-300, Teams Engineer Expert, or similar).
