Senior Cyber Program Analyst
General Dynamics Information Technology
• Leading the design, development, and operation of Zero Trust security solutions • Ensuring alignment of designs with customer requirements and DoW Zero Trust Execution Roadmap • Researching and evaluating new technologies to identify opportunities for security enhancements • Leading the development and fielding of secure network solutions to protect against advanced persistent threats • Analyzing security systems and seeking continuous improvements • Ensuring adherence to industry best practices and security standards • Collaborating with other teams, including network and hardware teams • Briefing client leadership on design decisions and system operations • Effectively assess technologies to meet customer and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- 10+ years of related experience
- Active SECRET clearance
- Knowledge of DoW Zero Trust requirements
- Experience in DoW environment with knowledge of computer and network security concepts
- Experience implementing security tools and understanding methodologies for Zero Trust capabilities
- Experience integrating solutions with SIEM/SOAR tools for cyber security monitoring and automated response
- Experience configuring and securing Linux, Windows, and UNIX systems
- Experience with implementing network scanning and automation tools
- Knowledge of encryption algorithms and best practices
- Experience with ethical hacking techniques to identify vulnerabilities in systems
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and solve complex problems
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Up to date with the latest security threats and technologies
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and drive outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

General Summary: The Program Manager/Service Delivery Manager is responsible for playing an essential role in delivering value and ensuring the success of interactions with partners. This role works in partnership with the Service Delivery teams to create an excellent customer experience for end-customers and business partners and ensure ever-improving customer support.
