Implementation Project Specialist

Role Description The Implementation Project Specialist, EOR will act as primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, working closely with our internal operational teams as well as partners across the globe to ensure client requirements are met. The Implementation Project Specialist is not just an expert in EOR processes but the owner of the client implementation, ensuring all onboarding requirements are captured, tasks are completed timely, and the client is prepared for go‑live of their worker(s) or project. The Implementation Project Specialist maintains full ownership of an assigned book of business. This includes accountability for project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and risk identification. Your role focuses on structured project execution, proactive coordination, and delivering a smooth and consistent client journey while escalating risks or complexities as appropriate. Key Responsibilities - Serve as primary point of contact during the implementation process for new and existing clients, delivering great experiences for client stakeholders. - Own and maintain project plans tailored to the client’s needs. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and company quality standards. - Collaborate with internal Operational teams as well as external partners to support timely and smooth implementation. - Ensure set up and adoption of all Safeguard Global technologies and applications. Provide platform training sessions to ensure clients have a solid understanding of features and functionalities for our applications. - Work closely with Client Success to share client knowledge and ensure a smooth transition into go-live. - Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, and Client Support stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement or corrective action where needed. - Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth and detailed client handover into Implementation. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of go‑live forecasting, collaborating closely with internal teams to maintain transparent and reliable delivery projections. - Achieve go‑live targets for assigned book of business, monitoring project plans and workstreams to ensure progress aligns with business expectations and operational forecasts. - Meet operational responsiveness targets by ensuring timely updates, fast turnaround on client questions, and proactive communication throughout implementation. - Drive strong client satisfaction outcomes, measured by CSAT/WSAT scores, survey feedback, and associated operational metrics.
