About the role We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst Intern who is curious, eager to learn, and excited about using data to solve problems. In this role, you’ll support our analysts by helping collect, organize, and visualize data that teams across the company use to make decisions. Key Responsibilities - Assist with writing basic SQL queries to pull data for reports. - Use Excel to clean and organize data (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUP basics, etc.). - Help build simple dashboards or charts using tools like Power BI. - Support the team in maintaining recurring reports and ensuring accuracy. - Identify trends and help summarize key findings for business partners. - Participate in cross‑department projects with teams like Operations and Compliance. - Learn how a fast‑growing fintech company uses data to support decision‑making.
