Role Description As part of our Project Management Team, you will play a key role in supporting business operations and advancing efficiency and growth. This position is responsible for working within internal and third-party systems to process UCC lien requests, track lien status, maintain accurate account updates, and facilitate releases when applicable. This is a part-time, temporary position expected to last approximately 3 to 4 months, based on business needs. Key Responsibilities - Perform accurate and timely data entry across internal and third-party systems. - Track UCC lien requests and monitor status updates to ensure timely and accurate processing. - Update loan records, process UCC lien releases when applicable, and support additional tasks as assigned. Role Description The Customer Solutions Team Lead is responsible for managing a hybrid team that provides exceptional support to customers through both phone and email channels. Role Description The Specialized Services Representative plays a key role in the effective management of our Specialized Services portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating both internally and externally with vendors to manage loans accurately and timely through the Specialized Services processes including but not limited to accounts that are in Impounds, Insurance Claims, Litigation & Bankruptcy. Key Responsibilities - Actively manage relationships with 3rd party companies, vendors and attorneys to ensure timeline compliance. - Prepare legal documents for internal management and external counsel to review and execute. - Partner and communicate with other departments and internal management on key timelines and dates for actions. - Process forms for Insured Accounts and assistance with Impound milestones. - Oversee affidavit process including returns to supplier, rejections and corrections. - Work within a team environment to prioritize daily output & assist with various projects. - Clear out daily tasks to ensure follow-up actions are taken within the timelines required. - Enter new filings and referrals into the system and ensure correct milestones are set. - Understand the litigation process and key milestones for legal action. - May support other functions within the Specialized Services team. - Other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA or advanced degree preferred but not required. - 5+ years of FP&A or related financial experience within financial services, consumer lending, or another regulated environment. - Proven expertise in expense forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and operating expense management. - Very strong proficiency in Excel, employing best practices for financial modeling and having the ability to create clean, professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights.
