Content Designer
LawPay
• Jam out with your cross-functional colleagues. • Iterate regularly with PM, product designers, engineers, and researchers to improve the content experience in our product. • Help your collaborators define design problems and wrangle complexities with a content lens. • Embrace relationships with other content-focused disciplines like Marketing and Customer Education. • Inspire content design superfans across the company. • Showcase content design’s impact with regular collaborators as well as senior stakeholders (show up and show off!). • Help scale the 8am content design discipline by contributing to our style guide and design system. • Share your toolbox: lead content design exercises to inspire design iterations and align teams. • Focus on accountant, case management, and AI experiences. • Lead and shape the content design strategy for accountant and fintech users. • Support content design work for practice management experiences. • Potentially assist in AI and agentic workflows as emerging technologies evolve at 8am.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally with experience in SaaS or complex digital products.
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered content design work.
- Experience working closely with product designers, engineers, and researchers to shape the user experience.
- Strong writing skills: clear, concise, and adaptable to different tones and contexts.
- Strong design thinking skills.
- Comfortable balancing quick, tactical deliverables in addition to contributions to long-term content strategies.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
