Content Specialist
TMA Systems
• Write short-form content including marketing emails, ad copy, and landing page headlines. • Develop long-form content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and guides. • Draft copy for sales enablement assets (one-pagers, pitch decks, scripts). • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor messaging, and client pain points to inform content. • Translate technical or product-heavy topics into clear, compelling copy for business audiences. • Build content in platforms like HubSpot (emails, landing pages, nurture campaigns). • Assist with creating or editing PowerPoint decks for webinars, sales, and events. • Partner with designers, videographers, or use templates/tools (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or PPT) to produce simple graphics, social images, and charts. • Optimize content for SEO and conversion best practices. • Collaborate with RevOps and Growth teams to measure performance and recommend improvements. • Support campaign launches by coordinating content deliverables across channels with growth and product teams (email, social, blog, web). • Help maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all content. • Maintain content calendars and ensure assets are updated in repositories. • Repurpose content for multiple formats (e.g., turn a webinar into a blog or email sequence).
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, content writing, or related roles (SaaS preferred)
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different formats (email vs. long-form)
- Familiarity with content management and project management platforms (Hubspot, Monday.com, Microsoft 365, etc)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Takes initiative, manages work independently, and follows projects through from idea to execution in a collaborative environment
