Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business or related field and 8+ years’ relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership is required.
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of the food business industry or retail channels.
  • Experience of customer-focused and fact-based selling, including IRI, Nielsen and Perishable Group data.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, organizational planning, and adaptability.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • May travel up to 75% of the time.
