• Report into Head of Logistics Procurement, North America • Responsible for covering all Warehouse Procurement activities across various business units in North America • Create foundational value for stakeholders to create a competitive advantage • Source, contract, and manage suppliers for warehouse-related goods and services • Ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services • Work with cross-functional teams to create, maintain, and change supply strategies

• Develop relationships to create strategic sourcing models for professional services that improve the value of necessary goods and services • Implement cost-effective procurement practices, optimizing supplier performance and competitive pricing • Prepare RFQs, RFPs, bid documents, analyze proposals, and administer the evaluation process • Craft negotiation strategies and build favorable terms and conditions • Create contract documents in collaboration with the legal department • Contribute input toward the creation and implementation of programs to assess and promote supplier performance, development and management (e.g., establishing quarterly and annual goals, conducting quarterly business reviews, formal scorecard measures) • Report out on measurements within your category that support our goals • Maintain relationships with suppliers to lead collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement • Analyze market trends, perform benchmarking and use industry knowledge to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Be part of a team committed to overall delivery of services and compliance with all delivery commitments to the client • Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including content and development contracts, software development contracts, professional and consulting services contracts, staffing contracts, licensing contracts, other IP/IT contracts and general commercial contracts; • Working with junior team members and training and developing them to become skilled negotiators • Assisting the Delivery lead by owning the more complex negotiations and providing oversight and QC of more Junior members of the team, some of who may not have negotiated before. • Adhere to delivery processes and commitments; • Identifying new opportunities to improve the client negotiation processes & procedures and to further develop our long-term relationships. • Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date; • Help develop contract templates, playbooks and other tools for use by the team; • Remain up to date on legal and other relevant developments; • Be part of a team committed to continually improving our service to the client and adding value.

• Own the procurement portfolio for one or more areas of our residential low carbon tech such as Heat Pumps, EV Charge Points, Solar PV or Battery Storage. • Build and lead optimisation pipeline for the procurement portfolio to deliver ongoing value across pricing, quality, availability, new product introduction, tail spend optimisation, contract compliance and proactive risk management. • Work closely with wider areas of the business to drive creative commercial solutions, mitigate risks and bring to market products that our customers love. • Develop scalable solutions that enable our in-house supply chain to become a source of competitive advantage, helping our customers to decarbonise their homes faster and cheaper.
