Support payroll processing by reviewing employee time data, reconciling accounts, and monitoring expenditures while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Assist with financial reporting and maintain organized fiscal records.

• Communicate directly with payors to follow up on outstanding underpayments, file underpayment appeals with payors, resolve account variance and ensure timely and accurate recovery of underpayments. • Identify root cause of underpayments, denials, and delayed payments to clients. • Work with the client team to identify, document, and address root causes of issues in the A/R. • Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable state and federal insurance regulations as well as payor specific requirements, taking actions on underpayments accordingly. • Document all activity accurately with all pertinent information in the client’s host system, Ensemble IQ, or other appropriate tracking system. • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness by making recommendations and communicating trends and issues to management. • Operate as a strong problem solver and critical thinker to resolve underpayments. • Meet all productivity and quality standards as established by Ensemble and Revenue Recovery leadership. • Compile and analyze data to identify underpayments, and trends in the underpayments and report to leadership findings in a timely and consistent manner. • Work collaboratively with other departments, including Managed Care, Billing, Coding, Revenue Integrity, and Payor Strategy. • Work multiple projects, reports, and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, atmosphere autonomously.

• Lead in-depth research and analysis across a wide range of cybersecurity topics, including emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends. • Drive the design, refinement, and adoption of R&D processes, workflows, and internal standards. • Own the creation and quality of high-impact research deliverables, including reports, playbooks, frameworks, and knowledge base content. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across R&D systems, research repositories, and reporting artifacts. • Provide project leadership across multiple R&D initiatives, including timeline management, prioritization, and cross-team coordination. • Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and strategic implications within research findings. • Serve as a subject-matter resource and mentor for junior analysts, providing guidance, review, and knowledge sharing. • Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) to support collaboration, analysis, and communication at scale. • Use Generative AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, enhance content quality, and improve analytical efficiency.

• Responsible for working across the Finance team on the implementation and shared support of daily company cash and bank operations • Develops and maintains cash forecasts, analyzes balance sheet items, and provides key financial analysis on consolidated cash flow and liquidity positioning • Provides leadership and guidance to other members of the Treasury team and partners closely with Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology to ensure effective bank administration, accurate financial reporting, and strong internal controls • Responsible for creating, developing and implementing strong controls and performing complete and accurate complex in depth analysis • Identify and conduct complex analysis on debt using market data, bank relationships and corporate liquidity needs and make recommendations to Senior Leadership • Perform in-depth complex analysis to prepare company cash flow modeling and other needed analysis; including consolidate information from various internal sources, update for actual results, and perform detailed variance analysis • Manages and optimizes the company’s banking structure, including bank account administration, monthly bank fee analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and ongoing coordination with banking partners to ensure efficiency, strong controls, and accurate documentation • Identify and lead process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury and other related divisions • Provide guidance and support to Associate and Treasury Analyst; demonstrate professionalism and leadership • Other duties as assigned
