• Responsible for working across the Finance team on the implementation and shared support of daily company cash and bank operations • Develops and maintains cash forecasts, analyzes balance sheet items, and provides key financial analysis on consolidated cash flow and liquidity positioning • Provides leadership and guidance to other members of the Treasury team and partners closely with Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology to ensure effective bank administration, accurate financial reporting, and strong internal controls • Responsible for creating, developing and implementing strong controls and performing complete and accurate complex in depth analysis • Identify and conduct complex analysis on debt using market data, bank relationships and corporate liquidity needs and make recommendations to Senior Leadership • Perform in-depth complex analysis to prepare company cash flow modeling and other needed analysis; including consolidate information from various internal sources, update for actual results, and perform detailed variance analysis • Manages and optimizes the company’s banking structure, including bank account administration, monthly bank fee analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and ongoing coordination with banking partners to ensure efficiency, strong controls, and accurate documentation • Identify and lead process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury and other related divisions • Provide guidance and support to Associate and Treasury Analyst; demonstrate professionalism and leadership • Other duties as assigned

• Utilize critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process • Facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing assistance with appointment scheduling • Identifying and assisting with accessing benefits and education for members through care management tools • Evaluate members through comprehensive evaluation of needs/eligibility and recommend approaches to case resolution • Coordinate and implement assigned care plan activities and monitor care plan progress • Consult with case managers, supervisors, Medical Directors and/or other health programs to overcome barriers to meeting goals • Identify and escalate quality of care issues through established channels • Provide coaching, information, and support to empower members to make independent medical and/or lifestyle choices

• Designs, implements, and evaluates health promotion programs and initiatives • Develops educational materials, delivers presentations, facilitates workshops, and provides one-on-one counseling to promote healthy behaviors and enhance well-being • Applies expertise in health education principles, behavior change theories, and community outreach to empower individuals and communities to make informed decisions and adopt healthy lifestyles

• Responsible for the accurate and timely validation and maintenance of critical provider information and inquiries • Ensure Provider inquiries are handled within a timely manner • Oversee receipt of and coordinate provider inquiries from the provider network • Review, document, track, and route all issues to ensure providers receive a timely response and permanent resolution • Review claims data when provider’s inquiry involves claims payment adjudication • Conduct or participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
