• Coordinating month end close activities with cross functional teams within finance for US and Canada Inventory and COGS • Maintaining financial data integrity and accuracy for the Company’s US and Canadian subsidiaries • Preparing for deployment of S/4 for US and Canada and future Subsidiary deployments • Ensuring compliance with company policy, US GAAP, and SOX Controls for Inventory/COGS • Partner with Global Supply Chain Finance organization to understand inventory movements • Work closely with internal audit team to develop and maintain strong internal controls • Partnering with our service provider to ensure compliance with deadlines, processes and metrics • Mentoring, training and building a positive team environment

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting • Direct and scale the accounting function, including recruiting, performance management, coaching, and succession planning to ensure depth and continuity within the team • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and other relevant accounting guidance • Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reports • Lead the annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors • Build, implement, and maintain internal controls • Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury functions • Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Oversee tax compliance, including federal, state, and local filings • Lead and develop the accounting team, establishing best practices and professional development opportunities • Evaluate and implement accounting systems and tools to improve efficiency and scalability

Qualifications - Expertise: Expert-level understanding of US accounting principles (US GAAP), including complex intercompany transactions. - Software Power User: Deep expertise in QuickBooks Online, including advanced app integrations (Ramp, Bill.com, Rippling). - Industry Context: Familiarity with the unique billing cycles of mental health or addiction treatment facilities is a significant advantage. - Automation: Proven history of leveraging AI tools and QBO automation to reduce manual entry and increase portfolio scalability. - Language: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
