PEPL
Role Description PEPL has been engaged to place an experienced remote Contract Recruiter to provide temporary recruiting support for a client in the professional services industry. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and must have hands-on experience with the UKG Ready recruiting module. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable partnering with hiring managers in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance - Utilize the UKG Ready recruiting module to post jobs, manage candidate pipelines, track applicant activity, and ensure accurate data entry - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles - Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews - Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Maintain compliance with employment laws, internal processes, and documentation standards - Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline health, and hiring metrics Qualifications - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency) - Direct, hands-on experience using UKG Ready (recruiting/ATS module required) - Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (corporate, professional, hourly, or technical—depending on client need) - Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment - Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
