This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, smooth onboarding, and efficient support across multiple projects and departments. The ideal candidate will assist in collecting, managing, and entering key data, including agency and agent demographic, banking, and tax information. They will also support internal audits and cross-functional cleanup efforts, while following established procedures and contributing to ongoing operational improvements. Let’s talk job responsibilities: - Collect, manage, and enter agency and agent basic, demographic, banking, and tax data accurately and efficiently. - Ensure agents are correctly set up in the system and ready for payment processing. - Learn, implement, and follow procedures completely and efficiently. - Appropriately track and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines. - Navigate various websites, portals, and internal computer systems to complete tasks. - Assist in conducting data audits to verify completeness and accuracy. - Collaborate with various departments to support information cleanup initiatives. - Learn to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues as they arise. - Participate in multiple projects that require reliable data handling and operational support. - Identify and report data inconsistencies or gaps and work with relevant teams to resolve them. - Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in line with company policies and data protection regulations. Your experience and skills: - A High School diploma or the equivalent plus two years of industry experience. - Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in data entry and management. - Ability to learn and follow complex procedures independently and consistently. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. - Proficiency in Excel and data management tools/systems. - Ability to navigate a variety of websites and internal systems with ease. - Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Job Summary: We are seeking a high-energy, dedicated, and experienced salesperson to utilize our free, quality leads and work the provided connection to real prospects, with real interest in insurance. Year-round, we partner with top carriers: United Healthcare, Aetna, Mutual of Omaha, WellCare, and many more, allowing our agents access to the best plans to fit the specific needs of clients. Outside of OEP and SEP we concentrate on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Special Needs Plans, and Short-Term Health Insurance through a variety of carriers. Our goal is to bring peace of mind to our clients. Cold calling is never asked of our agents. We provide all leads and ensure that they are people who have expressed prior interest in securing a health insurance plan.
