Role Description We are hiring a Strategic Sales Representative to drive new business across approved U.S. markets. This is a fully remote sales role for someone who can build credibility quickly, lead consultative conversations, and move opportunities through the pipeline with consistency and urgency. In this role, you will work with construction and design professionals, helping them evaluate tools that improve client management, project coordination, communication, and business growth. This opportunity is ideal for a strong sales professional who is energized by relationship-building, solution selling, and helping customers improve how they run their business. Key Responsibilities - Manage a remote sales pipeline across assigned markets or territories. - Conduct consultative sales conversations with construction and design professionals. - Identify customer pain points and position the platform as a solution that fits their workflow. - Drive opportunities from discovery through follow-up and close. - Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM updates. - Adapt to feedback, evolving priorities, and growth-stage sales goals. - Represent the organization with professionalism, energy, and sound business judgment. Qualifications - Experience in sales, ideally in SaaS, software, services, or consultative selling. - Experience working in the home professional industry or selling to SMBs in service businesses, construction, or design is a plus. - Strong communication, discovery, and closing skills. - Comfortable selling remotely and managing opportunities across multiple states or territories. - Organized, self-directed, and consistent with follow-up. - Coachable, flexible, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment. - Demonstrated success in a high-performance sales environment. - Comfortable with prospecting and outbound cold calling. Requirements - Full-time, W-2 Employment - Annual base salary: $60,000, plus variable pay based on business metrics and individual performance. - Estimated OTE: $142,440 annually, based on hours worked and performance against metrics.
