Bio-Works Technologies
• Develop and execute a clear territory strategy focused on chromatography and downstream purification. • Identify, prospect, and win new customers within biotech, biopharma, and CDMO organizations. • Drive structured outreach, customer meetings, technical seminars, and follow-up. • Build long-term commercial relationships with process development, manufacturing, and procurement teams. • Conduct independent technical presentations on: Affinity, ion exchange, mixed-mode, and HIC chromatography Capture and polishing strategies Resin selection and scale-up considerations • Address customer questions related to GMP environments, validation concerns, and lifecycle economics. • Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline. • Manage opportunities through disciplined CRM usage. • Deliver reliable forecasts and structured reporting. • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. • Represent Bio-Works at trade fairs, conferences, and technical events.
Job Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related life sciences field.
- 5–8 years of field sales experience within:
- Chromatography
- Downstream processing
- Bioprocessing consumables
- Purification technologies
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to independently run technical sales presentations without application support.
- Solid understanding of downstream processing workflows, including scale-up considerations.
- Working knowledge of GMP production environments and related regulatory awareness.
- Fluent German and strong English skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Germany.
