Zscaler

About Zscaler Zscaler accelerates digital transformation to ensure our customers can be more agile, efficient, resilient, and secure. As an AI-forward enterprise, we are constantly pushing the envelope, leveraging the world’s largest security data lake to power our cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. This innovation protects our customers from cyberattacks and data loss by securely connecting users, devices, and applications in any location. Here, impact in your role matters more than title and trust is built on results. We say, impact over activity. We seek innovators who actively use AI to amplify their impact and who thrive in an environment where we leverage intelligent systems to stay ahead of evolving threats. We believe in transparency and value constructive, honest debate—we’re focused on getting to the best ideas, faster. We build high-performing teams that can make an impact quickly and with high quality. To do this, we are building a culture of execution centered on customer obsession, collaboration, ownership, and accountability. We value high-impact, high-accountability with a sense of urgency where you’re enabled to do your best work and embrace your potential. If you’re driven by purpose, thrive on solving complex challenges, and want to be part of the team that’s helping to secure the AI age, we invite you to bring your talents to Zscaler and help shape the future of cybersecurity. Role We are looking for a Manager, Partner Operations & Business Systems to join our IT/Business Apps team. This is a remote role within the US, reporting to the Director, CRM & PRM Applications. You will own and evolve Zscaler’s GTM partner systems and processes, including Salesforce, Salesforce PRM, Unifyr, Crossbeam, and related platforms. Sitting at the intersection of partner strategy, process design, and technology execution, you will partner closely with Channel Sales, Sales Operations, Partner Marketing, and Enablement to improve partner-facing and internal processes, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes across key channel motions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and experience translating complex business needs into scalable, high-impact system capabilities. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) - Serve as a process and systems leader with deep ownership of how partner strategy is operationalized across tools, workflows, and data models - Propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes and optimize existing technologies and methodologies that enhance GTM experience and simplification - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and handle intakes and troubleshooting in a timely manner - Lead the end-to-end implementation, evolution, and optimization of Salesforce PRM, ensuring it supports current and future partner motions in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams - Build and lead a high-performing team focused on professional development, collaboration, and driving innovation in the partner ecosystem Who You Are (Success Profile) - You thrive in ambiguity, finding comfort in building the path as you walk it and seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful. - You are a problem-solver who seeks out challenges because you are energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact. - You are customer-obsessed, building deep empathy for both internal and external customers and anchoring your decisions in solving their real-world problems from start to finish. - You operate with urgency, understanding that speed and quality are not mutually exclusive, and bringing a relentless focus on execution and a bias for action to deliver high-impact results quickly. - You think at scale, connecting your day-to-day work to the larger company mission while building solutions, processes, and teams that are built to last and support a high-growth, global organization. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) - 7+ years in Partner Ops, Sales Ops, Business Systems, RevOps, or Process Excellence roles, with ownership of GTM workflows and systems - 2+ years managing and developing a team (direct and/or matrix), ideally 2–5 members, including experience setting priorities, coaching, and performance management - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including complex automation and data model understanding - Demonstrated ability to set a roadmap, manage a portfolio of enhancements, and measure outcomes such as adoption, cycle time, partner satisfaction, and pipeline impact - Demonstrated success in using automation and analytics to enhance partner processes What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) - Experience with Crossbeam, Unifyr, or similar partner-related tools, and integrating them with Salesforce and PRM platforms - Experience delivering AI-enabled workflows using Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein or Agentforce, or other AI tools - Deep passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement #LI-Remote #LI-YC2 Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Founding GTM Architect

59 Pines

We're a credible, funded, remote-first startup led by a serial technical founder, and backed by a 20-person team. The product is live in private alpha.

Role Description We're hiring a Founding GTM Architect to lead the design and build of our go-to-market systems. This role is about designing and executing the automation layer that powers our go-to-market efforts. You'll work alongside GTM engineers to turn ideas into scalable systems—spending time both in the weeds and stepping back to operationalize what works into repeatable playbooks. - Own how our outbound and growth systems are designed and executed. - Determine what is safe, scalable, and worth investing in. - Identify risks we're not seeing yet—and how to get ahead of them. - Messaging and overall strategy sit with Marketing and the founder—but how it comes to life at scale is yours. Done right, this is the kind of project that defines a career—and the kind of GTM motion people still reference years later. That only happens if the systems hold up under real load. Qualifications - Systems thinker—think in sequences, dependencies, edge cases; ask "What's the simplest version?" and "Where will this break?" - Constraint and compliance judgment—understand the rules (legal, technical, platform), their intent, and where there's flexibility vs. real risk. - Built and broken things—experience building outbound/growth systems end-to-end; learned from burned domains, banned accounts, or similar. - Clear, precise communication—others can run with your output. Requirements - Experience with GTM tools, outbound/inbound workflows, CRM and automation systems (nice-to-have). - Venture-backed startup experience (nice-to-have). Benefits - Up to $350,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated. What Success Looks Like in 30 Days - Playbooks exist for at least one key motion (e.g. lead sourcing → contact → follow-up) with clear steps, edge cases, and handoff points. - Decision frameworks and checklists are in place to evaluate new ideas before we build (compliance, platform constraints, scalability). - Demonstrated startup speed: ambiguous idea → structured workflow → documented playbook, in days not weeks. What Success Looks Like in 60 Days - The motion is operating end-to-end—key outbound/growth workflows live, instrumented, and repeatable; not a pilot—production-ready. - Ready to put money behind it—constraints and tradeoffs are explicit; we know what breaks under load and what doesn't. - Playbooks and decision frameworks are the default; Marketing and GTM engineers are running the same sheet of music. - Flagged major risks before they surfaced; the team can answer "should we build this?" and "what will break?" without you in every loop. What You'll Do - Design our systems—workflows, tools, architecture—and build decision frameworks (compliance, platform constraints, scalability). - Produce and evolve playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and decision trees—define sequencing, dependencies, edge cases for key motions; iterate as systems are tested. - Work alongside Marketing and GTM Engineer—surface gaps, inconsistencies, failure points; ensure workflows are executable by others. - Wire up tools and unblock yourself—jump in when something stalls or others aren't moving fast enough. What You're NOT - Not for people who need well-defined requirements—you operate with imperfect information. - Not a documentation specialist—you design and architect; docs are an output. - Not a people manager—we need someone who designs systems deeply, not manages people and metrics.
