Project Manager – Data Center Programs
Sensata Technologies
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals • Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Regularly communicates and presents project schedules and statuses • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Job Requirements
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
