Project Manager – Commercial Projects

YOU WILL - Drive the end-to-end delivery of cross-departmental projects with global or regional scope. - Facilitate collaboration between diverse stakeholders and ensure clear communication at every project phase. - Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals. - Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and changes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. - Lead status meetings, prepare reporting materials, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders. - Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance with internal PMO standards. - Support process improvements, operational efficiency, and digital transformation efforts.

Job Requirements

  • YOU NEED
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an international or matrix organization.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business functions.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
  • PM certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a strong asset.
  • Previous experience in a commercial role (e.g. sales, marketing, business development) is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes (approx. 20%) is required.
