Senior Relationship Manager – Fiduciary Banking

Flagstar Bank

• Manage commercial depository relationships of all levels of complexity • Develop and maintain relationships to generate direct deal flow • Works with assigned treasury management personnel and portfolio managers to engage with clients • Stays abreast of industry trends and market conditions in specialty deposits • Ensure pro-active monitoring of the credit quality of the portfolio through timely financial statement gathering • Collaborating with Credit team and outside counsel as needed to prepare credit approval documents

Job Requirements

  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
  • 10+ Years as a Commercial Relationship Manager and/or commercial depository and treasury management sales
  • Some experience in commercial treasury management may substitute for production experience
  • Experience specific to specialty deposits industries; including treasury management, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets experience.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
  • Expert knowledge of commercial deposits, treasury management services, account analysis, and depository pricing skills
  • Expert understanding of specialty deposits industries including title companies, residential and commercial property managers, etc.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including; Word, Excel, and Teams
