In this position you will receive training materials, coaching, and dedicated time and support to successfully pass your Series 7 and 66 exams. The Investment Assistant II works closely with the assigned Financial Advisor(s) to maximize revenue production by serving as the primary liaison between operations and internal departments, promptly responding to all client service requests, client appointment scheduling and preparation, and audit preparation while adhering to all FINRA, CCOIS, CFG and state securities regulations on a daily basis. You are responsible for the new account opening process, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. You will occasionally be responsible for selected marketing activities including contacting the assigned Financial Advisor’s book of business to solidify relationships, coordinating all prospecting and follow-up efforts (telemarketing), serving as the client liaison for affiliated companies, assisting in coordinating client seminars, following up on referrals received from business partners, and providing sales activity reporting. Travel within assigned geographic location may be required. Primary responsibilities include •Serve as liaison between clients, financial advisor(s), and internal departments •Complete new client onboarding and service requests for existing clients •Schedule/confirm client appointments •Submit cases into workflow and follow through to funding •Manage CRM and pipeline entry •Sustain expertise on operational processes and systems Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Required Qualifications •High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant financial services industry ideally with wealth management experience •Minimum of 2 of the following Life, Accident, & Health (LAH); 6; 7; 63; 65; and/or SIE licenses. •Ability to remaining 2 required licensures within a specified timeframe. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Proven track record of collaboration and relationship-building across teams and business partners. •High level of personal integrity, initiative, adaptability, and openness to change. Preferred Qualifications •Completed Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. •Understanding of wealth management services. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce •Demonstrated successful stable work history. Hours & Work Schedule •Hours per Week: 40 •Work Schedule: M-F Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $25-$26.25/hour plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience. This role manages the Sales Support Representative team and serves as the primary execution partner for the Head of U.S. Sales Execution in driving disciplined renewal workflows, accurate lifecycle forecasting, and consistent customer and partner engagement. Operating at the intersection of Sales Execution, Customer Success, and Global Sales Operations, the Sales Support & Execution Manager ensures that lifecycle motions-from renewal outreach to program execution-are clear, scalable, and aligned to Milestone's Compass operating model. This is not a sales operations role. It is a frontline sales execution leadership role, accountable for renewal outcomes, lifecycle visibility, and the day-to-day effectiveness of Milestone's customer and partner support motions. Primary Focus: Sales Lifecycle Execution, Renewal Performance & Sales Leadership Mission: To lead the sales lifecycle execution function, drive renewal discipline and customer continuity, and ensure lifecycle programs operate with clarity, accountability, and measurable impact across the U.S. sales organization. The Sales Support & Execution Manager will work out of our US office in beautiful Lake Oswego, OR. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. The position will report to our Head of U.S. Sales Execution. Key Focus Areas 1. Lifecycle Leadership & Team Management (40%) - Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Support Representative team with clear execution standards and accountability. - Define roles, workflows, and performance expectations that support renewal accuracy and customer experience. - Foster a culture of responsiveness, ownership, and precision across lifecycle activities. - Support onboarding, training, and professional development for lifecycle team members. - Ensure consistent execution quality across territories and customer segments. 2.
