Senior QA/QC Manager
Serverfarm
• Participate in Construction, installation and Commissioning the Org will be delivering in 2026 + calendar years. • Provide support during postmortems following all Impacting Events and Near misses and provide suggestions to improve the quality and commissioning deliverables accordingly to improve initial system quality. • Support all Serverfarm data center facilities’ locations to define high-standards and enforce delivering quality and constant improvement for all operational, business and customer requirements for Serverfarm’s global data center portfolio. • Provide suggestions to improve existing standards, best practices and innovative solutions for the most challenging problems to improve quality, reliability, availability, operational efficiencies to support growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, ILO Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction quality management, preferably in data center or mission-critical facilities.
- Expertise in building codes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, MEP systems, and commissioning processes.
- Certifications such as QCxP, LEED or Uptime Institute Accreditation are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Quality Ownership: Drive testing efforts across web applications, APIs, and integrations, ensuring releases meet high standards. • Test Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts with Playwright (and other tools where appropriate). • API Testing: Develop and execute tests for RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including validation of data integrity and error handling. • UI Testing: Validate front-end workflows and user experiences with attention to detail and usability. • Communication & Collaboration: Clearly document test cases, results, and defects in a way that’s easy to understand. • Present findings and risks with confidence in meetings, adapting communication style depending on the audience. • Mentorship & Support: Share knowledge with junior QAs, contribute to process improvements, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Define and implement the end-to-end testing strategy for Joist AI, focusing on the Proposal Processing Pipeline and Knowledge Graph building. • Develop novel ways to test and monitor LLM-generated narratives and chat responses for accuracy, hallucination reduction, and compliance. • Own the quality of our extraction services (Adobe API), object/image detection, and captioning services. • Lead the development of automated test suites using Playwright (browser) and API automation (FastAPI) integrated into our CI/CD pipelines. • Use Linear to track defects through the lifecycle and collaborate with leads (Bala, Sharat, Chandan) to prioritize fixes based on customer impact. • Partner with Data Science teams to validate image processing (face/label detection) and with the GTM team to understand real-world proposal workflows.
