About the role The Legal Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the Legal & Compliance Department’s day-to-day operations by standardizing & improving processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and monitoring departmental key metrics. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal project management. - Proven track record managing legal technology tools and legal process optimization initiatives. - Strong analytical and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at a time. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated proficiency in technology tools including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ticketing systems such as Jira. - Ability to deliver synthesized data insights to senior leadership using data analysis tools including Excel & Sheets. - Strong writing and analytical skills, including proven experience developing impactful business reports and presentations for Leadership teams.
