• Support in managing and monitoring day-to-day business tasks • Track completion of routine operations such as driver compliance, attendance, and documentation updates • Monitor HR-related updates including terminations, write-ups, and onboarding status • Ensure all insurance and compliance records are up to date • Verify driver and vehicle data to ensure alignment with system requirements • Manage inbox correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses • Organize and prioritize messages for leadership review • Draft and send routine communications and follow-ups • Maintain clean and organized email folders and task lists • Maintain accurate logs and documentation for safety, insurance, and HR compliance • Track expiration dates for driver certifications, insurance coverage, and policy renewals • Create and maintain Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets trackers for compliance and task management • Compile and summarize weekly operations reports for management review • Organize files and ensure proper version control of documents • Create spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools • Communicate with internal teams and provide updates regarding pending tasks • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes • Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives • Coordinate with leadership and teams to support portfolio, program, and project goals • Facilitate communication and documentation across activities, tasks, and deliverables • Track and report on campaign metrics, performance indicators, and task statuses

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, HR, or compliance management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or Amazon DSP operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools is a plus

About the role The Legal Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the Legal & Compliance Department’s day-to-day operations by standardizing & improving processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and monitoring departmental key metrics. Operational Leadership & Strategy · Own end-to-end operational delivery for data collection logistics, equipment management, and site enablement · Develop scalable frameworks to support global, multi-site data collection programs · Partner with Delivery, Solutions, and Client teams to align operations with client requirements and timelines · Drive continuous improvement across workflows, tools, and vendor ecosystems 2. Equipment & Logistics Management Oversight · Oversee global logistics strategy for prototype devices, cameras, sensors, and lab equipment · Ensure standardized processes for: o Inventory tracking and asset management o Domestic and international shipping (including compliance, insurance, and customs) o Equipment readiness, calibration, and lifecycle management · Mitigate risks related to high-value and sensitive equipment handling 3.
