VP, OEM Sales

Role Description The VP of OE Sales will be responsible for leading and managing our sales efforts to drive top and bottom-line growth and to achieve revenue targets and EBITDA in year budget including but not limited to: - Developing senior level relationships with our OEM customers - Management of all sales staff - Creating and implementing the sales and expense budget - Forecasting - Development of sales promotions and programs - Leading internal key indicators and projects - Helping to drive customer strategies and planning initiatives This position will work closely with the plant general manager to set and achieve goals to meet customer expectations. It will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, building, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required
