Role Description A leading accounting and financial services firm serving the restaurant and hospitality industry is seeking an AP Client Manager to join their team. This is a remote, hourly position ideal for an accounts payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple client relationships. You will oversee accounts payable operations across multiple restaurant clients, balancing deadlines, solving problems, and keeping complex workflows running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service to restaurant operators nationwide. Must be authorized to work in the United States. - Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and the firm regarding all accounts payable activity - Oversee timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices for multiple clients - Manage and review work completed by AP Specialists to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines - Review invoice coding using client chart of accounts and ensure correct system entry - Manage the AP workload for multiple clients simultaneously, balancing deadlines and shifting priorities - Prepare and review vendor payment schedules to ensure accurate and timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements, credit card statements, and bank accounts - Support accounts payable period-end close activities for multiple clients - Manage vendor onboarding, W-9 collection, and vendor record maintenance - Collaborate with team members to ensure all client deliverables are met Qualifications - 2-4 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience - Ability to manage a high-volume workload across multiple clients simultaneously - Accounting software experience required (QuickBooks experience preferred) - Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration - Restaurant industry experience preferred but not required Benefits - Competitive hourly rate ($24-$29/hr) - Bonus opportunities - Generous 401(k) employer match - Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off - Career growth and development in a collaborative, dynamic team environment - The option to work 100% remotely or from the company headquarters
