• Manage social media accounts across multiple brands within the Mas Alto Capital portfolio. • Create, schedule, and publish content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels. • Write engaging captions and adapt content to suit different brand voices and target audiences. • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives and business objectives. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, updates, project highlights, announcements, and promotional materials. • Monitor social media engagement and assist with responding to comments, messages, and inquiries when required. • Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports with insights and recommendations. • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. • Support employer branding, marketing campaigns, property launches, company news, and special projects. • Collaborate with designers, marketing team members, and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations for Canada and LATAM • Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings • Review and validate financial statements in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards • Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies • Manage and mentor accounting teams across multiple regions • Coordinate workflows, priorities, and deadlines between Canada and LATAM • Act as the main point of escalation for accounting-related issues • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements in all regions • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory entities • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies • Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, and Executive teams • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes • Provide insights to leadership for decision-making and business growth

• Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies for all Embera Collection properties. • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok that highlights our commitment to sustainability, local culture, and the unique experiences at each of our locations. • Monitor and analyze social media performance and metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and ROI. • Collaborate with internal teams to create digital campaigns that support special initiatives, promotions, and sustainability projects. • Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner. • Work closely with the content creation team to produce high-quality visuals and videos that align with Embera's brand voice. • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and bookings. • Support the ongoing development and optimization of the Embera Collection website and other online platforms. • Coordinate monthly visits to Saboga Lodge and Kootejas locations to gather content, develop stories, and connect with the properties firsthand. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media to ensure Embera’s digital presence remains competitive.

• Manage purchasing requests from departments across Canada and Latin America. • Source products, suppliers, and service providers locally and internationally. • Obtain competitive quotations and compare supplier offers. • Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, and delivery conditions. • Maintain and update supplier databases and preferred vendor lists. • Track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. • Consolidate purchases to maximize volume discounts. • Assist with sourcing furniture, appliances, hospitality supplies, maintenance materials, branded items, and operational equipment. • Prepare purchasing reports and cost analysis for management. • Build long-term relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers. • Support international sourcing initiatives, including suppliers in Asia and Latin America.

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies across the Canadian portfolio. • Manage daily pricing using PriceLabs or similar revenue management software. • Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, pickup, lead times, and overall portfolio performance. • Analyze market trends, local events, seasonality, and competitor pricing to identify revenue opportunities. • Review pricing recommendations daily and make strategic adjustments when needed. • Optimize minimum stay requirements, gap nights, discounts, last-minute pricing, length-of-stay rules, and booking restrictions. • Work closely with the Listing Optimization team to improve listing visibility, conversion rates, SEO, content quality, and overall performance. • Review Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, and other OTA performance metrics and recommend improvements. • Analyze conversion rates, booking trends, cancellations, and guest behavior to improve revenue. • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. • Identify underperforming listings and develop action plans to improve results. • Support the launch of new properties by recommending initial pricing and revenue strategies. • Monitor portfolio health and ensure pricing remains aligned with company objectives. • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Concierge, and Property Management teams to support occupancy and revenue goals. • Continuously test and implement new pricing strategies to maximize profitability. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and revenue management best practices.
