In this role, you’ll craft compelling visuals for digital ads, emails, retail environments, and direct mail, balancing high-volume production with opportunities for creative exploration and design development. Job Responsibilities - Dream up and design eye-catching graphics for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, including static, motion, GIFs, and short-form video. - Create email experiences that captivate and engage, while telling the Cotopaxi story in every send. - Bring our retail spaces to life with standout graphics and display concepts, collaborating with print partners to make them a reality. - Design mailers and other print materials that inspire and delight. - Shape and evolve the visual language of our brand by collaborating with the Creative team on product launches and campaigns. - Champion design standards and maintain a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all channels. - Stay inspired by trends in digital advertising and brand design, bringing fresh ideas and creative energy to everything you touch. Qualifications - 3–5 years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand work, digital ads, and email campaigns (bonus if you’ve worked in DTC, performance marketing, or e-commerce). - Proficient in design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in motion graphics tools such as After Effects, Premiere, or Principle. - Skilled in both print and web design principles, with the know-how to prepare files for production and output. - A conceptual thinker who approaches work in campaigns and cohesive stories, not just isolated pieces. - Excited by iteration and testing - constantly refining creative to drive performance and impact. - Able to execute concepts quickly without sacrificing quality, consistently delivering high-level work. - Confident pitching ideas and presenting your work to stakeholders. - Strong visual storyteller who balances design and messaging. - A builder and collaborator, helping the team develop stronger processes, workflows, and design strategies. - Positive, proactive, and able to partner effectively across teams to produce excellent results. - Strong writing skills to complement your visual communication.
