About the Role Dandy is hiring a Deal Desk Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This role will sit with the Revenue Operations team where you’ll execute our pricing and packaging strategy by structuring compelling offers for customers, working cross-functionally with systems, finance, and legal to create processes and offers that are mutually beneficial to Dandy and our customers. You’ll be building the engine for Dandy’s fast-paced growth, transforming our most ambitious sales goals into long-term scalability. What You'll Do - Configure and approve pricing and packaging with a deep understanding of deal profile, margins, and implications - Partner closely with systems teams to operationalize, maintain and improve pricing and packaging programs, optimizing for speed and efficiency while maintaining guardrails to mitigate risk - Analyze and report on data to assess profitability, effectiveness of price packages, market dynamics and other KPIs - Work with legal and sales teams to ensure contract accuracy and compliance - Identify gaps, bottlenecks or risks in our current infrastructure to drive sales velocity and prevent negative customer experiences - Drive efficiency improvements by assessing current Deal Desk processes and optimizing them through the strategic use of systems and approval workflows What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or similar analytical & operational roles - 3+ years of experience with pricing strategy and/or deal desk - Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM. Familiarity with quoting and contracting tools - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights - Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI - Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable with ambiguity - Ability to be proactive, driven and independent when making decisions, managing stakeholders, and improving processes - East Coast based or willing to work East Coast hours Bonus Points For - Experience leveraging AI to streamline processes - Experience at fast paced, high growth companies - Experience with high-velocity, fast sales cycle environments The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is $125,000 - $140,000 plus equity. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the primary work location, candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
