Regional Facility Manager

• Work collaboratively within the facility management team to deliver integrated facility management services across all business lines (Finance, Transactions, Projects, Occupancy Planning, etc.) • Manage, support, and provide guidance to an existing facility support operation team, consisting of (1) Facilities Manager, (4) Chief Engineers and (5) Lead Engineers. • Mentors, develops, and coaches direct reports to improve leadership strength and assist in achieving career growth • Assure vendors meet or exceed client’s satisfaction with client’s requests within scope of services and CMMS request. • Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of facility management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction. • Provide support, guidance, and evaluation of the development of expense and capital budgets to include variance reporting and forecasting reviews. • Support the Senior IFM Director in the implementation of short and long-term projects/initiatives for the client. • Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan within the area. • Accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the account lead and/or client leadership. • Participate in the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client. • Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors. • Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards and client’s standard processes.

Job Requirements

  • Experience managing and supporting high profile facilities to include commercial buildings, warehouses and manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities or Property Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities or property management with a third-party provider, corporation or as a consultant
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate, HVAC, electrical systems, telecommunications, furniture and building energy management systems
  • Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours, including weekends, when necessary
  • Strong Accounting and budgeting/forecasting experience
  • Strong organizational and management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to forge and maintain robust working relationships

This is a new role heading up a new team and will need to have the experience and ability to create processes and action plans to drive revenue and performance, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams to create solutions and resolve issues with commercial clients. Your role in our mission - Deliver all required services in accordance with new commercial business contracts and work with sales to continue to expand and grow that business. - Manage a team of subrogation professionals to achieve subrogation recoveries in accordance with revenue goals for commercial clients. - Ensure that the team is performing in accordance with all productivity, quality, and compliance goals. - Manage a departmental budget by managing staffing and other resources and developing innovations, automations, and processes/workflows which allow us to work smarter and meet all client deliverables. - Provide training, coaching and mentoring of staff as appropriate. - Work with internal legal department to ensure that the staff is aware of legal doctrines, and rules and regulations that impact the various lines of business in commercial subrogation. - Act as an escalation point for internal teams and external clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. What we're looking for - Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or 5 years of proven experience managing a subrogation team. - Prior experience managing remote teams of 5 or more employees. - Experience with commercial subrogation including insurance carriers, self-funded ERISA plans, and Taft-Hartley funds as well as experience with Medicaid MCO and Medicare Advantage plans. - Proven ability to work with other internal teams to drive process improvements and achieve revenue goals. - Ability to perform in a team environment and motivate staff at all levels while handling pressure, delivering on project deadlines, and managing multiple initiatives.
