We are currently seeking a Full-time CQI Specialist to join our Regional Office team in Springfield, Illinois. This is a remote/traveling position. Candidates must reside in Illinois and live a commutable distance to our regional office for meetings and site visits as needed. Based out of the regional office, the Statewide CQI Specialist develops and implements the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the company, federal and state laws and regulations, accreditation standards and specific contractual requirements. • Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program across Custom Health, Inc. and all subsidiaries. • Establish governance structures, policies, and procedures supporting regulatory compliance, corporate integrity, and ethical conduct. • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and compliance throughout the organization. • Ensure compliance functions operate with appropriate independence from operational management. • Provide executive oversight for regulatory strategy and compliance related to medical devices, digital health technologies, and regulated healthcare services. • Ensure compliance with U.S. FDA regulations (including 21 CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulation), Health Canada Medical Device Regulations, and other applicable international regulatory frameworks. • Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, certifications, and lifecycle management. • Serve as executive liaison with regulatory agencies, notified bodies, and external auditors. • Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise Quality Management Systems (QMS). • Maintain compliance with ISO 13485 and other applicable quality and regulatory standards. • Ensure corrective and preventive action (CAPA), complaint handling, and regulatory reporting processes are properly implemented. • Ensure enterprise compliance with HIPAA, healthcare privacy regulations, and applicable federal and state healthcare laws. • Conduct enterprise compliance risk assessments and regulatory gap analyses. • Oversee internal compliance audits and regulatory readiness assessments. • Develop and maintain enterprise compliance education and training programs. • Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors and Audit & Compliance Committee regarding compliance program effectiveness.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our retirement plans, working directly with the Compliance Managers. Your work will directly support the team's ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional service. Location: The ideal candidate will be located in our Memphis, TN or Lexington, KY office and will work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week in office. (Remote candidates may also be considered). Responsibilities - Responsible for setting up service provider roles and compensation for benchmarking - Preparing annual fee benchmarking assessments - Compare service provider service agreements and fee disclosures for accuracy - Assemble annual compliance assessment document for each Compliance Manager - Assist Compliance Manager in collecting required notices and disclosures for distribution to participants - Assist in gathering current census and email information for notice delivery - Assist in monitoring timeliness of participant contributions - Assist Compliance Managers completing the annual required distributions (RMDs and forceouts) - Assist in monitoring support email box Qualifications - 2 years of qualified plan experience - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe - Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel preferred. Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus Hourly $19 - $22 per hour, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in the company's bonus program.
