Procurement Logistics Manager

• Owning quality, costs (as negotiated by sourcing) and on time delivery of the material and services for the Project • Co-owning the Engineering Procurement Plan for the scope, where applicable • Work with cross functional teams like Engineering, Sourcing to ensure the on-time delivery of documents (drawings, quotations, etc.) required to be obtained from suppliers • Owning the budget related to material and monitoring the budget • Establishes the procurement schedule and periodic progress monitoring • Coordinate to ensure the on-time issuance of purchase requisitions in the respective system to ensure timely placement of POs • Follows up timely closure of NCPs related to suppliers • Supports Sourcing in obtaining technical specifications from engineering on-time. • Participates in and/or initiates periodic project meetings with the participation of quality, lead engineering, planning, logistics, project engineering manager etc. and generates notes/actions from these meetings and follows up on the actions. • Regularly reviews the fulfilment of suppliers against all contractual requirements in regard to Customs and duties with the support of the required functions • Oversees claim management with the suppliers in coordination with Commodity leader/Buyer of the project • Responsible for reporting monthly progress, supplier claims and project cost summary • Regularly updates suppliers’ cash out & project milestone recognition related to procurement • Represents procurement in Project meetings internally and externally, if applicable • Ensures invoices are released in accordance with the process in place • Supports compliance with the Quality and EHS rules as applicable to the sourcing function • Supports the PPL in fulfilling the overall project targets and works in alignment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high voltage electrical construction project environment
- Ability and willingness to travel domestic 40% of the time. Must comply with all relevant company travel and tax policies.

Position: Retail Logistics Manager, Club Channels The Retail Logistics Manager will own the day to day execution & scale of our global retail operations for club channels: Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club. You will be responsible for tracking and maintaining high wholesale customer satisfaction by delivering products accurately and on time. You will proactively manage 3PL warehouses, freight carriers, and the relationships with our wholesale retailers’ operations teams. It is also imperative you work closely with our sales teams. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute global fulfillment strategies to optimize delivery performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across US & international markets (OTIF). - Develop and monitor KPIs for global fulfillment operations, including delivery times, costs, and accuracy metrics. - Design and implement automated fulfillment processes, systems and reports while collaborating with key stakeholders across regions. - Responsible for tracking incoming shipments and quantities, running analysis on inventory levels against Retailer on-hand quantities, sell-through, planned orders and incoming shipments to determine gaps and/or surplus. - Communicate with Retailer partners/ Inventory teams on planned future orders and open shipments. - Establish and maintain relationships with 3PLs, outbound transportation brokers, and outbound carriers (FTL, LTL). - Manage 3PL fulfillment for wholesale accounts including creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each retailer - Monitor and report order processing lead times, troubleshoot, and escalate critical issues (missed appointments, missed ship dates, late deliveries, etc) ensuring all Retailer criteria are met for each order. - Oversee and directly manage the booking of appointments with 3PL, freight forwarders, and wholesale customers. - Execute EDI documents (850-Purchase Order, 856-Advanced Ship Notice, 810-Invoice) to ensure accurate and timely systematic communication with our wholesale retail customers. - Maintain order management system of record – NetSuite, promptly moving orders through standard fulfillment phases: intake & validation, 3PL warehouse allocation, and customer delivery. - Quickly problem solve and directly manage escalations when appointments are missed or POs are running late. - Lead dispute resolution process for any shipment penalties, order errors or other fees assigned by the retailer.
