Role Description NeoGenomics is looking for a Senior Inventory Planner who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. The Senior Inventory Planner is responsible for developing and executing inventory strategies that ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations while optimizing inventory investment and working capital. Role Description NeoGenomics is looking for a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CG ASCP required) for our FISH Dry Lab who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. Shift: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-5:30pm (subject to change based on business needs). This is a Remote work opportunity, with preference given to applicants residing near one of our labs in Chicago, IL; Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Nashville, TN; or Ramsey, NJ. The Clinical Laboratory Technologist works under general supervision and is responsible for complex laboratory procedures and handling all types of specimens submitted to the department for processing tasks assigned. Responsibilities - Performs clinical laboratory tests proficiently in the department under general supervision, and exercises independent judgment in the specialty assigned. - Follows the laboratory’s procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintains accurate and complete records of all testing performed on-site. - Maintains records that proficiency testing samples are tested in the same manner as patient specimens. - Determines the acceptability of specimens for testing, prepares clinical specimens for testing and identifies specimen related problems according to established SOP guidelines. - Analyzes specimens using approved testing procedures. - Reviews, releases test results and follows department’s procedure in reporting STATS or Critical results to the interpreting physician per department SOP. - Performs and documents Quality Control on reagents, equipment and assays. Qualifications - 1+ year purchasing experience required. - Associates degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field preferred. - Experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory industry preferred. - Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; experience working with ERP systems a plus. - Understanding of purchase-to-pay concepts and processes. - Ability to function independently. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to serve internal customers. - Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with department managers/directors and clinical staff. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization.

Role Description The Director Market Insights, Analytics & Competitive Intelligence is a senior strategic leader responsible for delivering actionable market intelligence, including market sizing, forecasting, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment, to inform enterprise product, portfolio, and go-to-market decisions. This role partners across Product Management, Marketing Strategy, Sales, Finance, and M&A to provide a fact-based view of the market—combining quantitative modeling with qualitative insight—to guide investment prioritization, product lifecycle management, and growth strategy. Core Responsibilities - Market Intelligence, Sizing & Forecasting: - Own market sizing, segmentation, and forecasting across the enterprise portfolio, including TAM/SAM/SOM analyses by indication, modality, customer segment, and geography. - Develop and maintain forward-looking market forecasts to inform product roadmap decisions, capacity planning, and long-range strategic planning. - Build scenario models to evaluate the impact of market dynamics, competitive entry, regulatory changes, pricing shifts, and technology adoption. - Partner with Finance and Product Leadership to align market forecasts with revenue planning and portfolio prioritization. - Market & Competitive Insights: - Design and execute ongoing market analyses that identify emerging trends, unmet needs, adoption barriers, and whitespace opportunities. - Produce in-depth industry and segment analyses covering market drivers, regulatory landscape, reimbursement dynamics, and technology evolution. - Lead competitive intelligence and benchmarking, including competitor positioning, offerings, pricing strategies, and pipeline signals. - Translate complex data into clear strategic implications and executive-ready narratives. - Portfolio & Product Strategy Enablement: - Partner with Product Management to inform new product ideation, portfolio expansion, and lifecycle decisions. - Support build vs. buy vs. partner evaluations. - Support prioritization of product roadmap investments based on quantified market opportunity and strategic fit. - Contribute insights that support clinical evidence generation strategies and product launch planning. - Support strategic evaluations related to M&A, partnerships, and upstream innovation opportunities. - Analytics & Data: - Leverage internal and external datasets to deliver robust, repeatable insights. - Ensure analytical rigor, transparency, and consistency across market models and insights delivered to stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred. - 10+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or biopharma. - Demonstrated experience in market insights, analytics, market sizing, and forecasting. - Proven ability to synthesize large and complex datasets. - Life sciences or diagnostics experience required. - Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen. - Expertise in market modeling, forecasting, and opportunity evaluation. - Ability to translate complex information into clear executive-level insights. - Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Executive presence and comfort influencing senior leadership decisions.
