Role Description This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include providing comprehensive HR guidance and support across a variety of functions. Responsibilities include: - Facilitating effective member interactions on-site and remotely. - Assisting HR Sr/Generalists with research on employee relations and conflict resolution. - Creating policies and slide decks for presentations. - Ensuring HR compliance through audits. - Maintaining accurate records in HR systems. - Contributing to the creation and review of essential HR documents, including handbooks and job descriptions. - Researching, designing, and implementing projects related to compensation and compliance. - Developing complex reports and workflows. - Project planning in an online tool (ClickUp). - Participating in training initiatives to support both personal and team development. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. - aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification within the first year. - At least two years of HR administrative, recruiting, benefit, or Specialist experience. - At least 2 years of experience working in a client-member partner-facing role is preferred. - At least two years of experience working in a position required to understand and apply Federal & Colorado employment law. - Ability to identify compliance concerns and risks, and effectively communicate best practices to others. - Basic to intermediate skills in managing multiple tasks or project management. - Advanced organizational skills, high attention to detail, task prioritization, delegation, and overall management of internal processes and controls. - Proficient understanding of basic human resources principles and their application in specific situations. - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desired. - Hands-on experience with vendors and implementing HRIS, Payroll, Benefit Administration, or ATS technology tools. Requirements - Member Interaction and Support 10%: - Occasionally work on-site, via video, and over the phone with member partners and members. - Support HR Generalist by providing HR guidance and research to client member partners when appropriate and as directed. - Assist the HR Generalist in managing and resolving employee relations issues as needed. - Assist internal leadership with effective, thorough, objective research and project planning. - HR Functions and Compliance 40%: - Support client member HR functions for onboarding & offboarding activities, compliance & HR best practice research, performance management, and handbooks. - Conduct audits, including personnel files, I-9, policies, procedures, and handbooks, to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements. - Create and review employee handbooks, job descriptions, processes, policies, and procedures. - Maintain HR data across various HR technology tools and systems (internally). - Maintain accurate and detailed client member files and internal data. - Research and Development 40%: - Research, design, develop, and implement projects related to compensation, compliance, and client member-specific partner initiatives. - Develop complex reports, processes, and workflows, and maintain data as requested. - Training and Development 10%: - Participate in training activities and complete all required training, as directed. - Assist with other duties as assigned.
