We are looking for a talented and skilled Sr. Project Manager, Digital Implementation to join our Global Services function to provide support to our Diagnostics products in the US. The Sr. Project Manager, Digital Implementation leads the implementation of Hologic’s digital products and services at customer sites. Partnering with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Digital Project Engineers, Application Specialists and Field Service, the Project Manager will prepare customers for product installation in alignment with revenue recognition goals. This is a customer-facing role, representing Hologic at the highest standard. The role is highly dynamic, requiring strong management and leadership skills, and the ability to oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously. Strong collaboration and clear communication are key. This is a remote role based in the US, with up to 25% US travel annually. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: - Forecasts new product installation revenue for assigned territory - Leads Hologic and customer personnel to install Hologic products within a customer’s network environment. - Maintains project timeline, within budget. - Leads internal and external customer meetings to achieve milestones, ensuring successful implementation. - Reviews scope of work and pre-installation requirements with customer representatives. Coordinates additional meetings with technical subject matter experts, when necessary. - Performs site assessments as needed. - Maintain applications scheduling system for clarity and accuracy. - Analyzes options and offers alternative scheduling solutions with customers to not only benefit and accommodate the customer’s needs but the company’s best interest as well. - Ensures proper inventory arrives to customer locations - Validates customer requested ship and delivery dates with install team members. - Validates site readiness and communicates any schedule changes immediately to minimize impact to manufacturing and revenue recognition back to Account Executive and Sales Admin for action on outstanding items. - Provides weekly reports/schedules (dates, status changes, demographic info etc.) - Oversees installation and coordinates additional resources, when necessary. - Provides multiple sources of information to the customer Qualifications Education: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferred. - Equivalent blend of education and experience may be considered. Experience: - 7 years' experience in medical capital equipment site planning and installation coordination. The annualized base salary range for this role is $97,800 to $145,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
