Role Description This role serves as a strategic execution leader responsible for driving high-impact operational initiatives across clinical and administrative functions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate organizational priorities into structured project plans, standardized processes, and measurable performance outcomes. We’re looking for someone with the ability to connect strategy to execution and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact. The Project Manager will play a critical role in advancing operational excellence, enhancing the patient experience, improving workforce engagement, and supporting scalable growth in a dynamic environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field. - 5-8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management. - Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment. - Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence and the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, including leadership and board members. Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field. - Experience supporting multi-site surgical, aesthetic, or specialty care operations. - Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent operational excellence training.
