Growth Marketing Manager

ComboCurve

• Own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns using HubSpot. • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and reporting dashboards. • Partner with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives and growth goals. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize based on data and insights. • Own the company’s social media strategy and execution, with a primary focus on LinkedIn (organic and paid). • Develop and maintain a consistent content, posting, and advertising calendar. • Create and publish engaging, on-brand content that balances technical thought leadership with accessible, creative storytelling. • Manage paid social campaigns, including targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, and performance reporting. • Research competitors and industry trends to inform content strategy and experimentation. • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and roundtables. • Own the full event lifecycle: strategy, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events support brand awareness and pipeline goals. • Track event performance and ROI, including lead capture and post-event engagement. • Regularly report on marketing performance across campaigns, social, and events. • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders, including leadership. • Use experimentation and testing to continuously improve results across channels.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Proven experience running organic and paid social media campaigns, especially LinkedIn.
  • Experience planning and executing marketing events (virtual and in-person).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience in energy, SaaS, or other technical industries is a plus but not required.
