Sales Growth Manager
PurposeBuilt Brands
• Help develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the Lowe’s account. • Identify new product placement, promotional opportunities, and category expansion initiatives. • Improve forecasting accuracy. • Serve as the primary liaison between PurposeBuilt Brands and Lowe’s inventory teams. • Build strong relationships across merchandising, marketing, and supply chain functions. • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend actions to achieve revenue and margin targets. • Manage trade spend and promotional budgets effectively. • Partner with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure flawless execution of programs. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and Lowe’s strategic priorities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or business development within retail or CPG.
- Proven success managing large retail accounts (Lowe’s experience strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and market research.
- Ability to travel as needed to Charlotte supporting Lowe’s (approx. 20–30%).
