Paid Acquisition Manager
Jimdo
• Own and execute multi-channel paid media strategy to drive customer acquisition • Plan, forecast, and optimize budget allocation across platforms and regions • Leverage AI tools for campaign automation, ad creation, and reporting • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Data teams • Drive testing, reporting, and continuous performance improvements • Ensure creative excellence and campaign scalability across markets • Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, and other key performance metrics
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth roles
- Proven track record managing 6-figure budgets across DACH/Europe
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and emerging paid media platforms
- Strong data analysis and campaign reporting skills (Google Sheets/ Excel, Tableau, Mixpanel)
- Experience using AI tools for campaign or creative optimization
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in English (German is a strong plus).
