Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression) - Monitors of Revenue Cycle metrics for assigned scope of responsibility. Escalates to management, metrics that are not in alignment with KPI goals or initiatives. Performs root cause analysis and provides feedback to leadership opportunities for metric improvement. - Applies revenue cycle operational knowledge and system skills to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies using system knowledge and organizational established workflows. May lead improvement opportunities as assigned by leadership. - Analyzes and identifies trends impacting account resolution and aging AR within a specific payer’s inventory. Quantifies and escalates trends to leadership. - Fosters, develops and maintains relationships within and outside of the organization.
