• We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy OQA Case Worker to join our team. • In this role, you will act as a key liaison between technicians and end users (customers), ensuring fair, efficient, and well-documented resolutions for service-related issues. • This position requires strong communication skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to remain neutral while balancing the needs of both parties. • The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple platforms such as Excel and Zoho FSM and has a proven background in customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. • You will manage appointments, handle backlogs, maintain accurate records, and ensure all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. • A critical part of this role involves handling complaints and collections, conducting basic investigations, and clearly communicating outcomes to both technicians and customers—even in challenging situations. This includes explaining payment decisions while maintaining professionalism and fairness.

• Help define and drive Murmuration’s QA strategy across multiple engineering pods, ensuring consistent quality practices and standards; • Partner with our QA group to help establish and maintain QA processes, including test planning, automation strategy, release readiness, and defect management; • Identify gaps in quality processes and lead cross-team initiatives to improve reliability, test coverage, and engineering efficiency; • Serve as a subject-matter expert on QA methodologies, tooling, and best practices; • Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for web applications, APIs, backend services, and data pipelines; • Develop automated data validation tests for large-scale datasets, ETL workflows, and analytics systems (i.e., Python, Pandas, SQL, and NoSQL); • Implement and maintain CI/CD-integrated test automation frameworks; • Contribute to performance, load, and reliability testing for critical systems; • Perform manual testing when appropriate, especially for exploratory, usability, or high-risk areas; • Work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and data engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of features and platform improvements; • Participate in design reviews, requirement refinement, and architecture discussions to ensure testability and quality considerations are built in from the start; • Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to improve deployment pipelines, observability, and release confidence; • Mentor other QA engineers and developers on testing strategies, automation techniques, and quality best practices; • Promote a culture of quality across engineering through documentation, training, and process improvements; • Advocate for inclusive, collaborative, and data-driven engineering practices.

The AI Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for safeguarding the integrity of AI systems by meticulously overseeing the testing process to identify bugs and inconsistencies. This role serves as the last line of defense, ensuring that only the most reliable AI solutions are deployed. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing test cases for AI solutions, ensuring that models and prompts for generative AI are producing the expected outputs prior to full integration into business processes and applications. The incumbent will partner with stakeholders to drive business value to Arbitration Forums and our members through fully tested AI solutions for deployment through a myriad of implementation methods. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI solution testing, software quality assurance, data governance, data science, or a related role. - Expertise in complex testing frameworks with combined AI and programmatic solutions, including multiple deployment methods. - Auto Insurance claims industry experience preferred. Requirements - Advanced programming knowledge, including mastery of programming languages such as Python and Java. - Deep understanding of machine learning and AI principles, from generative models to predictive advanced algorithms. - Cloud computing knowledge for deploying and managing AI applications on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure. - Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for scaling AI solutions. - Data management knowledge, including data pre-processing, augmentation, and generation of synthetic data. - Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Selenium, PyTorch). - Working knowledge of testing frameworks, from techniques to automate web applications to validation of machine learning models. - Experience with continuous integration and delivery in the context of DevOps and MLOps. - Working knowledge of cloud services (i.e., MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). - Experience with AI tools, such as MS Azure ML, Databricks AI, Snowflake CortexAI, Dataiku. - Strong knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance practices. - Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Webfocus, Power BI). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.
