Role Description The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and governance of the organization’s enterprise business systems. This role ensures that critical platforms across departments operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business needs. The position partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and IT to manage system configurations, drive process improvements, and support the integration and scalability of enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a systems mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. Work Arrangement: Remote Responsibilities - Administer and support the organization’s enterprise application ecosystem, including CRM, operational platforms, and integrated business systems. - Manage system configurations, user access, permissions, and security to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational reliability. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements, workflows, and automation solutions. - Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams. - Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to improve platform performance and user experience. - Lead the implementation and maintenance of system integrations across enterprise applications using APIs and integration tools. - Oversee user and license management, including provisioning, deactivation, and role-based access controls. - Support enterprise system upgrades, releases, and new feature rollouts, including testing and change management. - Monitor system adoption and partner with stakeholders to drive process optimization and platform utilization. - Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for end users. - Provide guidance and technical expertise to cross-functional teams on best practices for system usage, automation, and data governance. - Participate in strategic initiatives to evaluate and implement new enterprise technologies and platform improvements. - Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or equivalent experience. - 6–8 years of experience administering enterprise business systems such as CRM, ERP, or operational platforms. - Experience managing enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ERP systems, or similar enterprise tools. - Strong understanding of system configuration, workflow automation, and platform administration. - Experience supporting system integrations, APIs, and data exchange between enterprise applications. - Proficiency with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to support operational decision-making. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience supporting enterprise users in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Salesforce Administrator certification or similar enterprise platform certification. - Experience with CPQ, ERP platforms, or enterprise integration tools. - Knowledge of SOQL, APIs, or automation frameworks. - Experience with enterprise data governance, system security models, and access management. - Familiarity with ITIL practices, change management, or system release management processes. - Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require. - Role requires the following physical capacity: Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work. - Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location; Elite does not provide employment sponsorship for this position.
