Job Description: A Sr. Network Architect SME is required to support the Sentinel Program with hands-on technical expertise in communications network architecture, including design, evaluation, and integration of secure, resilient infrastructure supporting strategic defense systems. The role will provide high-level expertise in the design, evaluation, and integration of highly resilient, secure, and mission-critical communications infrastructure supporting strategic defense systems. What You'll Be Doing: - Engage in senior-level architectural support for Sentinel program communications and network systems. - Evaluate and advise on resilient, secure, and redundant communications architectures supporting national security missions. - Support program leadership in reviewing network concepts, requirements, and integration approaches. - Contribute independent technical expertise during design reviews and architecture assessments. - Advise and engage in modernization strategies, risk mitigation, and system resiliency for critical communications networks. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 35 years of experience in critical communications network architecture. - Demonstrated experience supporting strategic defense or nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3) environments or comparable mission-critical systems. - Extensive background in secure, high-availability, and hardened communications infrastructure. - Proven ability to provide senior advisory support to large government programs. - Ability to obtain and maintain required U.S. Government security clearance Security Clearance Requirement: None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. The Access Network Engineer is responsible for the architecture, deployment, and operational support of the organization’s fiber access network. This role focuses on GPON and XGS-PON broadband platforms, including OLT systems, ONT lifecycle management, and integration with aggregation, IP routing, and subscriber management platforms.
